We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RPA Consultant to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver high-quality RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Function as an integrator between business and technology, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
2. Manage the implementation of RPA solutions, provide post-implementation support, and ensure smooth operation and maintenance of automated processes.
3. Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
4. Develop an understanding of existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
5. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
6. Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously seek ways to improve RPA solutions and service delivery.

Requirements: 

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as an IT professional or business analyst
• Have experience in a full project development lifecycle, from requirements gathering phase through transition to production operations
• Have experience implementing process automation projects using RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Workfusion, Automation Anywhere, etc)
• Prior experience with SAP preferred but not required
• Have experience with programming (any language) and with using Microsoft technologies (Windows, SQL Server, etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills
• Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
